ALGONA: The Internationally Famous Kaib Nativity Scene, which has half-life sized figures of the Nativity crafted by the German prisoners of war while they were interned at the Algona prisoner of war camp in 1945, is celebrating 70 continuous years of showing beginning Monday, December 1st, and will continue on through December 31st.
